Fish Porridge

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, slice the fish, the broken rice I used (use a blender to beat for a while, don’t beat it for a long time, just beat it!) Wash the broken rice and set aside

Put the water in the pot and boil, then pour in the rice and mushrooms. After boiling, boil on medium and low heat for about 20, you can simmer for a while

After the porridge is cooked, add the fish fillets and cook for 2 minutes.

After turning off the heat, add the right amount of salt and chopped green onions and stir well!
