Fish Stew with Potatoes

Wash the fish, cut into pieces, add salt, oil, cooking wine, and soy sauce to marinate for 8 minutes;

Wash potatoes and cut into pieces, soak them in salt water for 5 minutes, remove them, and drain the water for later use;

Pour oil in a hot pan, add the potato pieces and stir-fry until they are ripe, and start the pan;

Flip the other side slightly yellow and continue to fry until the two sides are slightly yellow;

Add potato pieces and stir fry;

Tips:
1. The cut potato pieces must be soaked, so that the fried potatoes are not only non-stick, but also particularly delicious;
2. Fry the fish on a low heat, flip it once in the middle;
3. Fish is not suitable for multiple turns, so potatoes must be cooked first.
