Fish Stewed in Iron Pan with Soy Sauce

Kill the fish, wash and drain

Chop into chunks

Ginger slices, green onions into sections, garlic does not need to be beaten or cut, prepare the star anise, if it is spicy, you can prepare a few dried red peppers

Heat the iron pan, fill with oil, put in star anise, and sauté

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add the fish cubes and fry, the pot I use is still a bit small

Release light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

Add water, add soybean paste, and bring to a boil. Add two spoons of vinegar after the water is boiled
9.
Bring to a boil and turn to medium-low heat, cover the pot and simmer slowly, add in some salt
10.
Simmer for more than 20 minutes
