Fish Tofu with Grilled Carrots

Ingredients: carrots (washed, peeled and cut into pieces), fish tofu

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add carrots and fish tofu and stir fry.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of oyster sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of salt.

Season to a boil.
