Five Fruit Soup

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Soak the barley, lotus seeds and lily one night in advance, soak the white fungus for 30 minutes, tear off small pieces of the white fungus, check whether the lotus seeds have cores, remove them, and rinse all the ingredients.

Put the washed barley, lily, lotus seeds and white fungus into the stainless steel inner pot of Zhenmi rice cooker, and pour pure water.

Close the lid and select the "Soup and Congee" function for 50 minutes.

After removing it to cool, peel off the shell and set aside.

When the soup is boiled for 5 minutes, add rock sugar and quail eggs.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and cook the quail eggs in the pot for about 8 minutes until cooked.

Stir in wolfberry before serving.
Tips:
1. Barley, lotus seeds and lily must be soaked in advance, otherwise it will not be easy to cook.
2. The sweetness is adjusted according to personal taste.
