To be honest, I didn’t expect this enoki mushroom to taste so amazing. It’s not an exaggeration to say that it is the best enoki mushroom I have ever tasted. Changing the hot oil to linseed oil cold mix is not only delicious but also healthier !

Flammulina Velutipes with Cold Red Oil

1. Wash enoki mushrooms, cut off the roots, break into small strips

2. Prepare all seasonings

3. Blanch the enoki mushrooms for 3-5 minutes, remove the water and squeeze it out

4. Add shredded cucumber, carrots, millet, spicy soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, minced garlic, chopped coriander, chili sauce, and add enoki mushrooms

5. Stir it and pour in the linseed oil, then stir it a few times and it's OK

6. Flax Commune, authentic linseed oil, safe oil to care for your family's health!

Tips:

It doesn’t matter if the enoki mushrooms are cooked longer, less salt, light soy sauce and chili sauce are salty, and more flaxseed oil is okay.
