Flavor Pickled Radish

Wash the radish and cut into pieces (you can peel off if you don't like the skin).

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and mix well. After marinating for 2 hours, rinse with cold water.

Cut the pepper and garlic slightly.

Add garlic flakes, chili, 15ml light soy sauce, 15ml vinegar, sugar and salt to the airtight jar.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of cold water, stir, add the radishes, seal and soak for a day before eating.
