Flavored Eggplant

Clean the eggplant, cut into slices and soak in clean water,

Peel and cut potatoes,
3.
Saute the garlic, add the abalone spicy sauce and fry to get the fragrance, add the slices and stir fry, add soy sauce and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of water to the potatoes and simmer until cooked.
Tips:
The eggplant is soaked in clean water, which can reduce oil absorption when frying and is healthier.
