Flavored Mackerel

Main and auxiliary ingredients: mackerel mackerel, Korean chili sauce

Clean up the fish

Knife near the back of the fish

Heat oil, saute shallot, ginger, garlic

Tips:
1. To clean up mackerel, be sure to wash the blood in the belly of the fish.
2. There is no such chili sauce, other chili sauces can be used.
