Super simple, mackerel is very cheap

Stewed Mackerel Mackerel

1. To prepare the mackerel, take out the internal organs, be sure to remove all blood

2. Cut into pieces. Use shredded ginger, green onions, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine to marinate for most of the day to remove the fishy smell!

3. Stir-fry fish pieces in a frying pan, add water, add soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper powder, salt, ginger, a little aniseed, a little cinnamon, add water, and simmer

4. Simmer until the soup is dry! Sprinkle some chopped green onions

5. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

The sea fish is very awake and must be marinated to remove the fishy smell! So there must be no less scented seasonings!
