Flavored Pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin into strips about 5 mm long.

Boil in the pot until broken.

Remove quickly, add sesame oil, mix well and let cool, sprinkle with green red pepper and green onion on the surface.

Tips:
1. Quickly remove the pumpkin from blanching until it is dead
2. Tender pumpkins are the best. Old pumpkins are more noodles, easy to blanch, and the finished product is easy to break.
