Originally, I wanted to bake a simple pastry without fillings. When I rolled the dough, I used moon cakes and grape jam as fillings on a whim. Don’t know how to name the recipe, let’s call it "flavored puff pastry" 😄"

Tips:

Because the noodles are made in cold water and a little salt is added, the dough is more gluten. You must have enough time for the noodles, otherwise it will not be easy to roll them out. The noodles are not in place, and the baked pie will not be delicious. You can make noodles in the morning.
