Flaxseed oil is not heat-resistant and is best used to mix cold dishes. But because of their poor taste, if they are mixed with sesame oil 1:1, the taste of the mixed dishes will appear normal. It can also be mixed with more heat-resistant fats such as peanut oil and rapeseed oil to cook dishes. When mixing dumpling stuffing and bun stuffing, you can add a part of flaxseed oil.
In order to avoid high temperature, this 【flax seed oil fried rice】is fried in a hot pot with cold oil.

Flaxseed Oil Fried Rice

1. Put the rice in the microwave and heat it on high for 1 minute. This will make it easier to fry.

2. Dice carrots, mustard, sausage, garlic

3. Boil water in a pot, blanch the peas and corn kernels until they are cooked, remove them and set aside

4. Heat the pot and add flaxseed oil

5. Add garlic diced and carrot diced to fry until fragrant

6. Then add mustard and sausages and stir well

7. Put the spare peas and corn kernels into the pan and stir-fry, add a little salt to taste

8. Put in the rice

9. Stir evenly on low heat, then turn off the heat

10. Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste

Tips:

1. Leftover rice is easy to agglomerate. After heating in a microwave oven, it is easy to scatter when frying.
2. The ingredients can be matched as you like.
