Flaxseed Oil Fried Rice

Put the rice in the microwave and heat it on high for 1 minute. This will make it easier to fry.

Dice carrots, mustard, sausage, garlic

Boil water in a pot, blanch the peas and corn kernels until they are cooked, remove them and set aside

Heat the pot and add flaxseed oil

Add garlic diced and carrot diced to fry until fragrant

Then add mustard and sausages and stir well

Put the spare peas and corn kernels into the pan and stir-fry, add a little salt to taste

Put in the rice

Stir evenly on low heat, then turn off the heat

Tips:
