Flower Purple Sweet Potato Bread

Pour the egg liquid into the inner pot of the cook machine. Add water, sugar and salt.
Pour the bread flour. Add dry yeast on top. Start the chef's machine at gear 2 and knead the ingredients into a ball.
Add the softened butter after forming a dough. Knead for 5 minutes in level 3 again.

After the dough is stretched, a large piece of film can be pulled out.
After the dough is rounded, the surface is covered with plastic wrap and fermented for 45 minutes.

Press the dough with your fingers, and it will not retract after pressing, and the fermentation is complete.

After the dough is vented, divide into four parts, round and let stand for 10 minutes.

Take a dough, roll it out thinly, and make it as round as possible. After rolling, spread the purple potato filling on the dough and spread evenly.

Process the three doughs repeatedly in this way and stack them in the mold. On the top layer, cover the fourth dough.

Use scissors to cut the edges of the dough, evenly cut into 16 equal pieces, leaving some distance in the middle.

Twist the two adjacent noodles in opposite directions twice, and then pinch the twisted flower tips tightly. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven and let the dough rise for 40 minutes.

After the dough is fermented to full mold, brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid, and sprinkle white sesame seeds in the middle. Put it in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. If the dough keeps shrinking during the rolling process, it is best to relax for a few minutes before rolling. It is appropriate to roll it out to the size of the mold.
2. For the mold I used a deep pizza dish, the shape will look much better. If you use the chiffon model, it may affect the shape of the upper flower.
3. It doesn't matter if each dough sheet is not round, it will become neat because of the mold in the final fermentation.
4. After the bread is baked for 10 minutes, if the coloration is serious, it should be covered with tin foil in time.
5. Don't add all of the eggs in, save a little bit for brushing, so you don't need to beat another egg.
