[flying Birds and Beasts] Poached Eggplant

All materials are ready.

Wash the eggplant and put it into the microwave oven for 5 minutes (because my microwave oven does not distinguish between high, medium and low heat, but the time is adjusted).

Chop the lean meat into froth, add salt, soy sauce, oil, starch, and mix well.

Heat the pan with oil, put the green peppers in the pan and fry until tiger skin color.

Take out the eggplant after 5 minutes.

Tear the half-cooled eggplant and green pepper with tiger skin into small strips.

Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic to stir up the flavor, then pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until half-cooked.

Add appropriate amount of water and soy sauce to cook the meat until cooked.

Pour shredded green pepper and eggplant into the pot and stir slightly with the minced meat. Season with salt.
