[foodie Theme Competition---season One] Carrot and Apple Soup
1.
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pot to heat up, add garlic and onion and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Fry until soft, do not color
2.
Add ginger, carrots and apples and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
3.
Add water and concentrated chicken broth and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring several times during the process
4.
Put the cooked ingredients into the blender and blend into puree
5.
Pour back into the pot, add the cream and boil for about 2 minutes, add salt and black pepper to taste
Tips:
Carrots are harder to boil and soften. It is best to cut them into thin slices or shred them. Apples are better to choose a more sour green apple, the cooked soup will have a slightly sour taste.
