Four Kinds of Sukiyaki

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into cross pieces for later use

Pick up the frying pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, stir-fry evenly, then add bean paste and stir-fry

Add bamboo shoots and pour soy sauce

Stir-fry until evenly, pour in a proper amount of boiling water, do not touch the ingredients in the water

Boil on high heat for a while and observe that when there is less water in the pot, add konjac and stir fry
7.
Stir-fry on high heat to collect the juice, sprinkle in salt before serving
