Fresh Cordyceps Flower Mixed with Kelp

Prepare materials.

Cut the kelp shreds shorter and blanch them in boiling water.

Remove and drain.

After washing the cordyceps flowers, blanch them in boiling water and remove them to drain.

Shred green and red peppers.
6.
Enlarge the kelp, cordyceps flower, and shredded pepper in a bowl; add soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to the plate and heat.
7.
Add apple cider vinegar and mix well.
