Fresh Meat Ravioli

Mix minced pork, salt, eggs, green onions, ginger, cooking wine, pepper, pepper water, and sesame oil to make wonton fillings.

Use a noodle machine to press out the wonton wrappers.

Put the filling in the corner of the wonton wrapper.

Fold it twice.

Fold in half again, pinched to death.

Put the wontons in the boiling pot after boiling water.

Add spinach.

Put salt, pepper, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, shrimp skins, and chopped green onions in the bowl, and scoop the cooked wonton with the soup into the bowl.
Tips:
If you find it troublesome to make homemade wonton wrappers, it is easier to buy finished wonton wrappers! Unfinished wontons can be frozen in the refrigerator, and then put into a fresh-keeping bag and sealed for storage.
