Fresh Pepper Tribute Vegetable Mixed with Rice Noodles

Main ingredients: red carp brand Guangzhou rice noodles and fresh pepper Gong Cai chili sauce.

Soak the rice noodles in cold water for about 40 minutes in advance to loosen, and soak until the rice noodles are soft on the outside and hard on the inside.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add rice noodles and cook. The cooking time should not be too long.

After the rice noodles are cooked, remove the rice noodles with cold water, drain the water, and put them on a plate. After the cold water is passed, the noodles are just warm when you eat them. You don’t have to wait for the noodles to cool before eating, which saves time.

Add salt, light soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, hot stir-fried xianlu, and fresh pepper tribute to the rice noodles.
