Fresh Yellow Flowers Mixed with Enoki Mushrooms

Wash the enoki mushrooms and day lily and drain the water for later use.

Dice the chili, press the garlic into velvet, wash the coriander, leave the stem and cut into small pieces, prepare the seasoning and set aside.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the enoki mushrooms and blanch them for 10 seconds.

Then put the day lily in the blanching water for 1-2 minutes, remove it and let it cool.

Tips:
1. Flammulina velutipes is blanched for no more than ten seconds, and it will jam teeth after a long time.
2. Put the day lily and enoki mushrooms in lemon ice water to taste more crispy.
3. Fresh day lily contains colchicine, which can cause gastrointestinal poisoning. Therefore, it cannot be eaten raw. Boil it with boiling water or soak it in cold water for more than 2 hours before eating. Do not eat too much each time.
