Freshly Pickled Radish

Peel the radish and cut into thin slices.

Let salt marinate for 10-15 minutes to remove moisture and spiciness.

Wash the radish with water to remove the salt.

Drain the water.

Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper and sugar, mix well. If you don’t have the old soy sauce, you can leave it alone. Use light soy sauce instead, mainly for coloring.

Put the radishes in a large bowl and drizzle with the sauce.

Marinate for 30 minutes. Stir several times in the middle. It tastes better in the refrigerator.

Very refreshing and appetizing.
