Fried Asparagus with Sweet Shrimp

1. Material drawing.

2. Wash the asparagus to remove the roots and cut diagonally into sections.

3. Pour oil in the wok, heat up, and fry the ginger fragrant.

Tips:

1. Shrimp is already cooked, so it's fine to stir-fry.
2. The asparagus can be blanched. I personally feel that the asparagus is very tender. You don't need to blanch it, just sauté it.
3. The seasoning I use is relatively simple, you can also add some chopped garlic.
