Fried Asparagus with Sweet Shrimp

Wash the asparagus to remove the roots and cut diagonally into sections.

Pour oil in the wok, heat up, and fry the ginger fragrant.

Add the sweet shrimp and stir fry.
5.
Stir fry the asparagus.
6.
Season with light soy sauce and salt, and just serve.
Tips:
1. Shrimp is already cooked, so it's fine to stir-fry.
2. The asparagus can be blanched. I personally feel that the asparagus is very tender. You don't need to blanch it, just sauté it.
3. The seasoning I use is relatively simple, you can also add some chopped garlic.
