Fried Bean Sprouts with Tofu

Slice tofu, shred green onions, and diced ginger for later use.

Soy bean sprouts are rinsed clean and soaked in clean water for later use.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, and fry the tofu first.
4.
Fry tofu until slightly yellow, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.
5.
Add soybean sprouts and stir-fry evenly, add salt and soy sauce to taste.
6.
Out of the pan.
