Fried Beef with Cold Potatoes

Cut red peppers, green onions and cold potatoes and set aside.

Beef slices, marinated with cornstarch, cooking wine, light soy sauce for preparation.
3.
Boil the oil in a frying pan for six to mature, pour in corn oil, and stir-fry the beef.
4.
Stir-fry garlic, green onions and red peppers.
5.
Add cold potatoes and stir-fry on high heat.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of cumin powder and stir-fry evenly with salt.

Pour into a bowl.
