Fried Beef with Cumin Potatoes

Wash and slice the beef, add a little green onion and ginger water (use ginger and green onion segments to add a little water and squeeze the juice) until the juice is completely absorbed by the beef, add salt, chicken essence, black pepper powder, light soy sauce, seasoning and mix well Marinate for a while. I can only write an approximate amount here, but it is not accurate to a few grams, and can be increased or decreased according to the amount of my own meat.

Pour about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil on the well-grained meat slices and mix well again. This is one of the best ways to make the beef stir-fry. Grab well and set aside for later use.

Some kitchen friends asked if you just fry it, why do you have to cook it? In fact, my French fries are cut thick and thick. Personally, I think itβs easier to cook them when they are fried. If a large amount of meat is poured into a pot for frying, it will not spread out, and the meat will become old.

After the beef is served, save the base oil, add the chopped onions and green and red peppers, pour in the appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt and a little sugar and stir fry for a while.

Put the beef and fried potato chips into the pot, add appropriate amount of cumin powder and cumin, mix well, try the saltiness, if it is not flavorful, add seasoning to serve.
