Fried Black Bean Sprouts with Yuba

Soak black bean sprouts in water.

Soak the yuba in warm water and cut into sections with a knife. Shred the green garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the green garlic shreds.

Add yuba and stir fry.

Add black bean sprouts and stir well.

Season with salt and light soy sauce.
