Fried Cake

Shred shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and cucumbers.

Shred the pie.

Shred green onion and mince garlic.

Heat the oil in the pot and add the shredded green onions.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry, then put carrots and cucumbers at the end. Add salt and light soy sauce and stir fry.

Add the cake shreds and stir fry.
7.
Add the minced garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil, stir and stir evenly out of the pan.
