Fried Carrots with Yam
1.
Wash the carrots and cut them into slices.

Peel the yam, wash and cut into slices.
3.
Pick up the frying pan, put the carrots in the frying pan and serve them out.
4.
Restart the frying pan, put the green onion and ginger into the pot and stir fragrant, then stir-fry the yam.
5.
Stir-fry the carrots in the pan.
6.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
7.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
1. This dish is very light, so it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. Carotene is a fat-soluble nutrient, so you must pass the oil first before adding it to the vegetable.
