Fried Chicken Breast and Chestnut Rice
1.
Prepare all the ingredients.
2.
Clean the chicken breast, remove the fat and fascia on the surface, and then cut it in half horizontally, and then gently pat loosely with the back of a knife. The purpose is to make the chicken breast softer and easier to taste.
3.
Sprinkle some salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides of the prepared chicken breast, and spread evenly.
4.
Put the chicken breast in a bowl, add light soy sauce, cooking wine and minced garlic, marinate well for half an hour to taste.
5.
Let's prepare chestnut rice while marinating the chicken breast. Break the chestnut into small pieces at will, and don't need to be too broken.
6.
Add clean water to the triangular kettle of the Qiao Ke Desweet Rice Cooker. I cook two cups of rice, so just put the water level at the number "2".
7.
Put the donkey in, and the water will penetrate through the small holes at the bottom of the donkey.
8.
The rice is cleaned, drained, and then poured into the yen.
9.
Pour the chestnut into Donnie Yen. Chestnuts are more casual, so if you like to eat them, put more.
10.
Turn on the rice cooker and select the "low-sugar rice" program to start cooking chestnut rice.
11.
After the chicken breast is marinated and tasted, add a spoonful of starch and stir well. Adding starch can lock the moisture inside the chicken breast and make the chicken breast more tender.
12.
Put 5ml of olive oil in a nonstick pan, heat for 20 seconds, and then add chicken breasts.
13.
Fry on both sides for 15 seconds on medium heat, so that the color of both sides of the chicken breast becomes slightly white.
14.
Pour in 50ml of water, cover the pot, turn to low heat, and simmer for about 2 minutes.
15.
When the water in the pot is almost dry and you hear the sound of "呲呲", turn to medium heat and fry on both sides for 20 seconds.
16.
Fry the chicken breasts on both sides until they are golden in color, and transfer them to a plate for later use.
17.
After the chestnut rice is cooked, put it into a bowl. Desugared chestnut rice is more healthy without sugar, so you can eat rice with confidence.
18.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, put it on top of the rice, and sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds on it.
Tips:
1. Add water to the chicken breast and simmer for two minutes. One is to make the chicken breast mature faster and the meat is tenderer, and the other is to make the chicken breast fully absorb water and be more juicy.
2. The chicken breast must not be fried for too long, because too long the moisture will be lost, the wood will not be able to bite.
