Fried Chicken Breast Salad

Cut the chicken breast into two pieces and soak in bleeding water.

Wash seasonal vegetables and place them on a plate.

Add the cooking wine, salt, and oyster sauce to the chicken breast and marinate it for a while. Spray a little tea oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken breast over low heat.

Cut into pieces, add the sauce, mix well and serve.
