The fried chicken steak has a crispy skin and tender and juicy meat. It is superb to eat while it is hot after being cut. It is sandwiched with melted fragrant cheese in the middle. The taste is rich and unstoppable.

Fried Chicken Chop

1. Wash the chicken breasts and drain the water

2. First, use a knife to slice the chicken breast into a large piece at 1/2 thickness.

3. Beat with a hammer into evenly thick slices

4. Put salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger juice, black pepper diced and a little cornstarch in a bowl. Grab it gently and marinate for 2 hours to let it taste

5. Marinate and take out, add cheese slices and cheese shreds to the middle side

6. Close the other side

7. Put it in the egg wash and coat it evenly

8. Dip the bread crumbs and press it lightly with your hands

9. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then brush with a little oil, then drain the chicken and fry it for 10 minutes

10. After 10 minutes, take it out and turn it over and brush the surface with oil and fry for 10 minutes.

11. The fried chicken steak is complete, you can dip it in tomato sauce

Tips:

The cheese in the hot chicken steak is runny and very hot!
The oil was brushed at the beginning, because there are bread crumbs on the outside, so it is more difficult to brush. I used a brush to dip the oil and gently shake it on!
