Fried Chicken Fillet

Wash the chicken breast and cut into strips. Add salt, oil, thirteen incense, fried chicken powder, ginger powder, egg, starch, and stir well.

After stirring, put it in the refrigerator and let it taste for about 2 hours.

After tasting, take it out and prepare the bread crumbs.

Talk about chicken fillet dipped in breadcrumbs. Chop it with chopsticks and roll it inside.

Heat oil in a pot, add chicken fillets, turn to low heat and fry.

Fry until golden and remove. Sprinkle your favorite cumin powder and chili powder. (If you can pierce it through with chopsticks, it will be cooked. There is no cumin powder, and the chili powder can be left on, because the chicken fillet is already delicious.)
Tips:
I made a lot with two chicken breasts, but I didn't finish it. The leftover chicken fillets can be put in the fresh-keeping box and frozen in the refrigerator. Take it out when you want to eat it, wrap it in breadcrumbs and fry it, it will taste fresher and crispy.
