Fried Chicken Fillet

Beat the chicken breast with the back of a knife, cut into thick strips, add green onion, ginger, black pepper, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, egg white, and stir well.

Pour the egg yolks into the remaining egg whites, stir well, put the chicken strips into the egg mixture, and then coat with flour.

Put in hot oil pan, fry until golden, remove.
