Tips:
1. If you want snow peas to be sweet and green, it is recommended to blanch them first, and then re-fry them in the pot. Simply seasoning is enough, which is fast and keeps the emerald green of snow peas to the greatest extent possible;
2. This bean is a very versatile ingredient. It can be served with bacon, fresh meat, or directly fried.
3. Chicken gizzards are ingredients with a heavier fishy smell. When blanching, add a little cooking wine to the water to remove the fishy smell. At the same time, when you want to fry, add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance;
4. Chicken gizzards should not be fried for a long time, otherwise the taste will become hard and it will not chew well.
