Fried Chicken Wings

Wash the six middle chicken wings and wipe off the surface water. Cut the inside and outside twice with cross cuts.

One packet of condiment essence, if not available, use five-spice powder, thirteen incense or other spices instead.

Put the chicken wings in a basin, add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and condiment essence, and place them in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

Place the marinated chicken wings on a drill plate and sprinkle a layer of dry starch on both sides.

Heat oil in the pot and fry the chicken wings over medium heat.

Fry until golden brown, flip over and fry the other side.

Tips:
1. Prepare the chicken wings and add the ingredients, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours, so that the meat can fully absorb the flavor.
2. After the chicken wings are put in the pot, try to deep fry them at medium heat to ensure the meat is fully cooked.
