Fried Chicken Wings with Cumin

Wash and drain the chicken wings, chop them into two pieces from the middle.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper to marinate for half an hour.

Shred the onion, remove the leaves of parsley, wash and cut into sections, cut the pepper into circles, mince ginger, and slice garlic.
