Fried Chicken Wings with Fermented Bean Curd and Shiitake Mushrooms

After washing the chicken wings, cut off the oil bag underneath.

After cutting the oil bag, cut two knives on the back for easy taste, and the chicken wings are ready to be marinated.

Put it in a basin, add coriander root, half of the ginger slice, cooking wine and pepper, knead well and marinate for 20 minutes. Knead it twice in the middle for easy taste.

Cut shiitake mushrooms, cut green onions into sections, and slice ginger.

Tips:
