Fried Chicken with Potato Chips

Chicken thighs are cleaned and cut into pieces, marinated in cooking wine for preparation

Potato chips peeled and sliced, washed to remove starch

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, smash garlic, cut green and red pepper into diagonal sections and set aside
