Fried Chicken with Rice Noodles

Wash the bamboo shoots and cut the bamboo shoots into silk.

Put the cut rice white silk into a pot of boiling water and blanch it (about half a minute), and then take it to cool for later use.

Wash the coriander and cut into small pieces. Cut the red pepper into shreds. Peel the garlic and cut into shreds.

Tips:
1. Zizania root contains oxalic acid, so it is not suitable to be eaten with high-calcium tofu.
2. The seasoning for the cold dressing can be added according to personal preference.
