Fried Chili

Wash the peppers and set aside.

Remove the stalks and chop them.
3.
Mince ginger and garlic, and dice green onion.
4.
Pick up the pan, add oil and star anise, and stir fry until fragrant.
5.
Add pepper powder, ginger, green onion and garlic and fry until the color changes.
6.
Add chili and stir fry until there is no water in the bottom of the pan.
7.
Add pepper, chicken powder, salt and light soy sauce to stir fry the flavor of the born soy sauce.
8.
Served dishes.
Tips:
Wear disposable gloves when cutting peppers, otherwise the skin will not feel good.
