Fried Clams

Wash the clams, cut the shallots into sections, and cut the remaining chopped green onions. Prepare ginger, garlic, and pepper as shown in the picture.

Heat the oil, add ginger, garlic, and green onions to explode the aroma.

Add the chili and stir fry, pour in the clams and stir fry.

When frying, you can use the lid to block it to avoid oil splashing on you. Cover the lid for a while.

After opening the clams, add salt and stir-fry, cover the lid and let it taste.

Add MSG and stir fry.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, turn off the heat and stir fry for a while.

It's delicious. If you like spicy food, you can add more peppers, because there are children in the family who can only make non-spicy peppers. Those two peppers can only improve the freshness and are not spicy.
Tips:
Be careful not to put too much salt in the fried clams, because the clams themselves are soaked in salt water. Even if you don't put salt, it will have a taste. Be sure to put less salt!
