Wash the clams, blanch them in boiling water, and remove the mud and sand.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili and saute until fragrant.

Add the flower clams, add ginger slices, star anise, and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of salt, pour in the cooking wine, and continue to stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce for coloring, and cook for about three minutes for better flavor.
7.
Add monosodium glutamate and scallions when raising the pot and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
