Fried Clams with Hot Pepper

Ingredients: hot peppers (cleaned and cut open), clams (washed after spitting out the sand), ginger slices

Add 2.5 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add ginger slices to the pot

Next, add the washed clams and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

Stir fry

Then, combine the cut green peppers and add appropriate amount of water

Stir fry until the clams open

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

Add 0.5 tsp salt
