Fried Clams with Snails

Ingredients: clams (washed after spitting out the sand), snails (washed), ginger slices, garlic slices, chives

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add ginger and garlic slices and sauté

Then, add the cleaned snails and stir fry

Next, add the washed clams and 3 tablespoons of cooking wine
5.
Stir fry until the clams open

Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
7.
Add 0.5 tablespoon sugar
8.
Add 0.5 tsp salt
9.
Seasoning and stir-fry

Finally, put the chives and serve
