Fried Corn Noodles

Weigh the cornmeal and white flour one by one, add water.

Wake up for 10 minutes with a cook machine and a dough

Then roll into dough and cut into cubes

Boil in boiling water for 15 minutes (the time depends on the size of the cubes and the thickness of the cornmeal.) After it is cooked, supercool the water and control the moisture for use.

Prepare the vegetables

Shred ginger, dice pleurotus eryngii, bell peppers, pork, cucumber, and onion. Peel and wash edamame for later use. Pleurotus eryngii is blanched with boiling water for 2 minutes and then set aside in cold water.

Stir-fry pork diced and ginger with oil

Add edamame and stir fry after the pork has changed color

Then add diced shallots and stir fry

Add the diced eryngii mushrooms after the shallots are fragrant

Stir-fry for a while, add colored pepper and diced cucumber, stir-fry evenly

Add salt

Add some light soy sauce and stir well
14.
Then add the cooked corn gnocchi
15.
Stir fry for more than a minute.
Tips:
Add some old vinegar to the garlic to make it delicious!
