Today, I suddenly wanted to eat fried pimple. I thought I would eat cornmeal once. It should feel good. I especially like the taste of cornmeal, so I started to operate it. I used half cornmeal and half white flour. If you don't like cornmeal, you can mix it with twice the white flour and double the cornmeal. My home has no fine cornmeal, so I cooked it for 15 minutes, but I should use fine cornmeal to make this. It tastes more delicate. I don't bother to buy it and just leave it. To make this, it is delicious with a variety of vegetables and edamame. If you don’t have edamame, you can use green beans. After you make it, it will look colorful and you will have an appetite.

Fried Corn Noodles

1. Weigh the cornmeal and white flour one by one, add water.

2. Wake up for 10 minutes with a cook machine and a dough

3. Then roll into dough and cut into cubes

4. Boil in boiling water for 15 minutes (the time depends on the size of the cubes and the thickness of the cornmeal.) After it is cooked, supercool the water and control the moisture for use.

5. Prepare the vegetables

6. Shred ginger, dice pleurotus eryngii, bell peppers, pork, cucumber, and onion. Peel and wash edamame for later use. Pleurotus eryngii is blanched with boiling water for 2 minutes and then set aside in cold water.

7. Stir-fry pork diced and ginger with oil

8. Add edamame and stir fry after the pork has changed color

9. Then add diced shallots and stir fry

10. Add the diced eryngii mushrooms after the shallots are fragrant

11. Stir-fry for a while, add colored pepper and diced cucumber, stir-fry evenly

12. Add salt

13. Add some light soy sauce and stir well

14. Then add the cooked corn gnocchi

15. Stir fry for more than a minute.

Tips:

Add some old vinegar to the garlic to make it delicious!
