Fried Crispy Pork

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the tenderloin, beat a few times with a knife and cut into strips, add salt, pepper, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put flour, starch and half of the egg in a bowl.
