Fried Cucumber with Tofu

Tofu cut into pieces and set aside

Cucumber slices

Mix a bowl of water starch
4.
Put oil in the wok and stir fry the tofu into the wok
5.
Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce and vinegar in the pot and continue to stir fry
6.
Put the cucumber in the pot
7.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water starch, add an appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate and stir-fry for a minute or two~
