Fried Eggplant Box

Main and auxiliary ingredients: eggplant, minced meat Seasoning: oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, fresh oyster, green onion, ginger, pepper, flour

Mix the stuffing first: add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, chopped green onion and ginger to the meat stuffing, fresh oysters. Just stir it evenly.

Mix the flour with some water to form a sticky batter.

Wash the eggplants and cut them into razor blades. Dip a layer of dry flour on the inside to make the meat sticky relatively firm.

Put in an appropriate amount of meat and pinch it tightly. Do it all in turn.

Take an eggplant box and dip it in the batter.

Fry in hot oil. Fry over medium heat until both sides of the eggplant box are browned.
8.
Remove and put into the dish to drain oil. It's ready to be served.
