Fried Eggplant Slices with Fish Flavor

Ingredients: eggplant, ginger, garlic, green onion, green, red pepper.

Slice the eggplant, add salt, mix well and marinate for a while.

The sauce (light soy sauce, sugar, soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of water, balsamic vinegar) shallot, ginger, mince garlic, and green and red pepper into small cubes.
